Synopsis for Film Desperate Measures:

The film takes place in an alleyway, it is around 5;15pm. There are three main characters in the film, Desperate Measures. One of the main characters, Jade, gets killed off in the early scenes of the film. Jade in general is a lovely, intelligent young girl who has future career goals to go onto university. The film starts with Jade standing on a train platform. She then begins to walk down the stairs and exits the train station. Jade then receives a phone call from a no caller ID and makes her way to cross the road while she is crossing the road she looks very disheartened. Her death is grusome as she is followed by someone into an ally way and then hit over the head with a blunt object several times. This is what leads people to believe that Jade was indeed murdered. In the early scenes of the film, Jade is seen having a conversation with her two friends. She then begins to tease one of them saying "I know your secret, I know your precious secret." With this said, Jade's friend begins to worry and starts to unravel. She feels a sense of betrayal and confusion, and also has witheld anger. She has always said to her other friend that she doesn't like Jade, and now Jade has a secret against her. After causing her friend anger, pain and upset, Jade walks off and down the road. In Jade's absence, her two "friends" begin to talk about her saying that she is a horrible person, she is selfish and inconsiderate. Jade's friend then lets it slip that Jade owes her money for drugs that she has supplied to her. She also confesses that Jade has an issue with drugs which causes side effects if she doesn't have her intake of it daily. Jade in this time was nowhere to be seen. Around 6:45pm, Jade is due to meet up with her friends again, she attempts to call each of them several times, but there is no answer. She then makes her way to the road that she is supposed to be meeting them, she walks past an ally way where someone grabs her and hits her over the head with a blunt weapon. As Jade is knocked to the ground, the killer (who is wearing a full black mask and has gloves on) stands over Jade looking at her. The perpetrator then runs away, leaving Jade dead in the alleyway, lying in the pool of her blood. The next day, Jade's body is discovered and the police are called immediately. The police then gather all the possible suspects and consider each of their motives for killing Jade. As each suspect is questioned, the police decide who they think is hiding something. Two weeks later, the police pay a visit to one of the suspects house and someone gets arrested... Who could it be, have they found the real killer and is everyone as innocent as they portray?
