For my opening sequence, my group and I made a short storyboard displaying the key elements of the film briefly. The storyboard shows at the beginning the victim walking down the street, unaware that she is being watched. It then proceeds to show the perpertator leaving the platform to follow the young girl and then concludes with the grusome murder scene which leaves the girl laying on the floor in an alley way in her blood.

My group and I created a storyboard as a way of planning for our opening sequence effectively. This is due to the fact that a storyboard helps with the crafting of ideas and preparation for our film. The storyboard also can be shown to the audience before they watch the opening sequence for them to have an idea about what it is going to be about and what genre it is going to be.
